Precious has further strengthened its commitment to quality with the arrival of John Griffiths as its new Head of Asset Management and Health and Safety.
John has an established track record of 25 years in health, safety, facilities and risk management, with his most recent role being at Housing Association and Care provider Cross Keys Homes. His role is the latest in a series of strategic appointments by the organisation, which have included investment in its People Services and Quality teams.
Twelve months ago, Rory Passmore joined the team as Chief Executive. He leads a team of qualified and experienced care sector professionals, including Becs Gratton as Director of Operations and Business Development, Victoria Pilkington as Clinical, Quality, and Governance Director, Allison Long as Director of People Services, and Emma Eckersley as CFO.
Commitment to quality care
Together, the Senior Leadership team is committed to developing a culture of continuous improvement, with a strong focus on quality and on putting people first. John’s appointment, and the organisation’s focus on the registered services and locations where the people we support live and receive care and support, will further enhance the delivery of quality services.
Speaking about the new appointment, Rory commented: “I’m pleased to welcome John to the team. Ensuring that we maintain capable, safe, and welcoming environments, while also being compliant with safe working practices, is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for those living and working in our services.”
