We believe in recognising and rewarding our employees’ commitment, not only through pay and benefits but also through the opportunity for development and promotion. As a business, we nurture, support, and invest in our teams so that they can deliver a first-class service to the people we support while growing professionally and progressing in their careers.
We invest in our team members as soon as they join our team. Our comprehensive induction programme covers a 12 week period, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge required to deliver quality care. As part of this, all employees are supported to achieve their Care certificate and have an Individual Development Plan that maps directly to their own career and development aspirations as well as the specific needs of the people that they are supporting.
Our current IIP Silver Accreditation is a symbol of our commitment to investing in our people and processes to continuously improve the way that we work. IIP is a standard that we can use to measure ourselves against. It gives us an external, expert view and benchmark to ensure we are looking after our teams well.
Since I first founded Precious Homes just over 25 years ago, I’ve been truly humbled by the passion and dedication of the people who work in this sector.
