Supported Living accommodation, designed to support up to five autistic adults, as well as adults with learning disabilities.
Overview
We work closely with Golden Lane Housing to support people to organise their accommodation, funding, and tenancies. Support is provided by the Precious team, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each person, enabling them to develop the independence, skills and confidence necessary to move on to more independent living over time.
Tailored support, bespoke accommodation
Everyone living at the supported living accomodation has their own flat, which is tailored to their needs and preferences. Each of the five, one-bedroom flats offers living and dining space, kitchen and ensuite. People are supported to decorate and personalise their flat to meet their personal taste and to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
With a qualified, experienced and committed support team, the service is ideal as a step-down service for someone moving on from a secure or residential setting or taking the next step onto living independently.

The Local Community
Located within moments of Wood Green High Street, the flats benefit from being in an area that offers a range of diverse activities.
With excellent transport links across London, activities often include visits to Central London, Alexandra Palace, the many restaurants and cafes along Green Lanes, North London colleges and local gyms and leisure centres.

Referrals
We provide a rapid response to referrals and we will normally arrange a professional assessment within a few days of your call.
Our highly experienced team will carry out a full and detailed pre-admission assessment, free of charge and without obligation, prior to a placement being offered. This focuses on understanding the unique needs of each person and forms the basis of the their support plans if they move into the service.
