Job title: Support Worker (Waking Night)
Location: Kings Heath
Salary: £11.55 per hour
Role: Permanent 20 hours per week
Shifts: 9:45pm-7:45am, you must be flexible to work any 2 nights out of the week including weekends
You must have relevant experience for this position, especially with challenging behaviour and Autism.

If you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. If not, don’t worry if you have no experience as this isn’t necessary and full training will be provided. We are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives.

About the service
We currently have 6 adult service users residing at swan court 5 males and 1 female, swan is a residential service focusing on Learning disability, Autism and challenging behaviour, service users are nonverbal and require full support with day to day living skills and promoting independence, we all here work as team to meet the needs of each individual based on a person centred approach.
