Day Support Worker (Driver)
Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes
£11.55 per hour. Permanent Full Time
Must be over 21 and hold a UK full valid driving licence for 2 years.
Day Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm. Flexibility and weekend work required. 

If you have previous experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, care worker, domiciliary and home care, or in residential homes then this would be ideal for you. If you do not have experience that is no problem as you will have full training, guidance and support.

About the service
Howe Park set in lovely rural location provides a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour which may be described as complex. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to the internal and external communal spaces. It balances the opportunity for independence development with social integration.

Support Worker duties:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans
  • This includes employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
