Day Support Worker in Kings Heath
£11.55 per hour. Permanent 37.5 hours per week 
Day Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm with working some weekends required
Essential that you must hold a UK driving licence for this role 

If you have previous experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant would be beneficial . If not, don’t worry if you have no experience as this isn’t necessary and full training will be provided. We are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives.

A supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour

 Support Worker duties:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans
  • This includes employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments 
  • Providing personal care where needed 
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
